Not happy at all with this item, takes over half hour to charge up, then when charging my device ( mobile) lasts only 10 mins and stops charging. Either it’s faulty or not as it says it is

I ordered it because I was going on vacation and they sent me this faulty product and make it really difficult to refund and return, absolutely ridiculous n fuming

Charged for 12 hours when it arrived.Only to find out when you use it, or switches itself off after around 20 seconds so you have to keep removing the charger all the time.Absolutely pointless.
